"What I love most about CoachUp Care is that it is, it's a powerful and practical tool. It helps us truly connect with our caregivers, both professionally and personally. It allows us to learn how they prefer to be recognized, understand more about their lives outside of work. It gives them an easy, fun, and professional way to request simple things that they need, such as schedule change or just letting us know anything that's going on with them. It brings communication and support to a whole new level. I've really loved the announcement feature. It gave us a great way to spotlight each of our nurses individually and share more about who they are during nurses week. It allowed us to show extra gratitude and helped our whole team get involved. Our employees were able to like and comment on all this information they were finding out about them during their spotlights. It, it added a meaningful layer of recognition and appreciation from their peers. It brought everyone together in such a positive way.

Through our survey, we learned that several of our long-term team members were looking for more hours, something we wouldn't have known without this tool. The fun, light-hearted polls have also played a big role in strengthening team culture. We've seen genuine connections from over shared interests, like they were soups or vacation spots, or even a love for dog or cats. CoachUp Care has helped us improve several key business metrics by giving us clear actionable insights and tools that truly support both our team and our operations. The scorecard layouts are incredibly user-friendly, allowing us to quickly scan and understand critical data points. Our new hire scorecards in particular have been extremely valuable, especially the no shifts percentage. That's helped us track whether employees are missing shifts at the 7, 15, 30, or 45 day marks. So we can intervene early and, you know, offer support and help keep them engaged and on track. Well, our team definitely enjoys the rewards. CoachUp Care helps us provide. We've noticed that personal recognition through our shout out post that, that drives deeper engagement. Our caregivers generally appreciate being acknowledged, and we've seen that it also motivates others to aim for more recognition, boosting the morale and friendly competition. CoachUp Care has also been a great tool for last-minute shift coverage, the availability to attach incentives and help us fill urgent needs while still showing appreciation for our caregivers flexibility and dedication. Lastly, the referral tool, that continues to prove its value since fully utilizing that function, our recruiter can now easily view referral details submitted by current employees and track statuses thanks to the helpful dropdown options like contacted or not contacted.
