Here is the full transcript.

"So I will say this, CoachUp Care team has been amazing so far. What do I think? I think this is a great platform for us to get started with our caregiver interaction. I have to say, with me being new to an administrative role for a home care agency, I have to say I have had to learn the language of home care. So as far as what do I think of CoachUp Care, what I appreciate most, I appreciate that there are programs out there like this that help us keep that interaction going when we are wrapped up in everything that we do.

My team thinks this is amazing. It's a beautiful platform, it's very user friendly and it is extremely exciting to mess around with and be able to give caregivers some rewards as well as being able to interact with our caregivers. So what does your team think of CoachUp Care?  Absolutely amazing! OK.

CoachUp Care has helped my business interact with our caregivers, which is something that we lacked in for a very long time. After COVID and we're slowly starting to go back to some of our old ways with new technology and programs like CoachUp Care. So, the way it has helped so far is it's put us on check so that we can make sure that we're interacting with our caregivers, showing that we appreciate them and that we value them and it's not just a phone call for… I need help. It's more of how are you doing? Share something that makes you happy, something that makes you smile and the interaction itself has helped us learn that that is something it we have to do."
